Reporting a Dispute

If you encounter an issue or disagreement with another user, please follow these steps to report a dispute:

1. Gather Information

Collect all relevant details, including transaction ID, usernames involved, and any supporting evidence such as messages or screenshots.

2. Submit a Report

Visit our dispute resolution page and fill out the dispute report form. Include all collected information and a brief description of the issue. Note: this page is currently under development. Please use our Report Center meanwhile.

3. Contact Support

If you need immediate assistance, contact our support team directly through the contact link provided on the dispute resolution page.

4. Follow Up

Our team will review your report and contact you for further details if needed. We aim to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
