Something I have always wanted to do but have never really had the time to do it is to create websites based on current viral trends or current niches that are trending.

I have heard that if you hit these right, you could have a very successful website as long as the dedication is there and the time is put in.

It's definitely a great idea to make a website about something that's popular right now trending. But there is need to be very careful because some trends don't last very long.
