Favorite blogging platform?

There are a wide variety of blogging platforms and software that you can use online today to create a blog. From WordPress, Medium, and Tumblr to Wix and Weebly, there are many options. However, what’s your favorite blogging platform?

Do you prefer to use WordPress over any other provider, or not really?

I've used both Wordpress and Joomla, and I prefer Joomla. I find it easier to navigate the ACP to add whatever plugins you need, and it's easy to figure out how to publish articles. I also just generally like the look and feel of Joomla! over Wordpress. It's just not as popular as Wordpress, but I think it's more popular than other software like Drupal.

For any blog I have ever started I have always used WordPress but have also looked into Blogger as well. I know that is free and can a lot be monetized with Google Adsense which is awesome.

I do like how Blogger offers so much for a free option and have considered using that going forward for some blogs I have ideas for.
