It's always very important to ask for feedbacks from your clients after you have delivered your services to them. It's the only way you can be able to know how they view your job and know where to improve.

One of the most important things to remember as a freelancer is that your customer's feedback is super important. Receiving feedback from your customers and taking that feedback in and using it to make changes helps you grow and learn as a freelance writer and in turn, will help you get more solid work in the future.

You need to develop strategies to address your weaknesses as a freelancer. Also, you need self-awareness, humility, and a growth mindset to address weaknesses. There is need to focus on building complementary skills and also setting realistic goals as well. What I do mostly is embrace my weaknesses as opportunities for growth. It's equally important to prioritize time management and also learn to say no to non-essential tasks.

Scrutinize yourself and determine what poses an issue to you regarding your work. For me I sometimes find it hard to concentrate. I can be working and I will get a notification on my phone, which often distracts me. Since I know that I make sure to keep my phone in silent mode.

Client feedback is very necessary to help a person identify his weakness as a freelancer. That is why as a freelancer, you should not be lobbying clients to give you positive reviews, but rather give you sincere reviews. It would help you as a freelancer when you take the negative feedback, work on them and improve your freelancing services.
