Tech and healthcare. These niches will never die because they are always evolving, there is always something new to learn, and people are always interested in the subniches within them.

In tech, for example, you can cover anything from web development to software and computer hardware. In healthcare, you can focus on chronic illnesses, lifestyles, exercise, and so much more.
